Leading Registered Nurse Geraldine Powell, RN, MSN to be Published in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare as New Member of the International Nurses Association

The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome Geraldine Powell, RN, MSN to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Geraldine is a registered nurse at Southern Health-Santé Sud in Manitoba and is affiliated with Boundary Trails Health Centre. With over 11 years of experience, she is board certified in Trauma Nursing and specializes in medical/surgical nursing, palliative care, and post neo-natal/post-partum care.

Educated at Assiniboine Community College, Geraldine completed an associate’s degree at Dakota College at Bottineau, a bachelor’s degree at University of Manitoba, and a master’s degree at Walden University. She received a Leadership Award in 2008 and is an active member of the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba and the Canadian Nurses Association.

Geraldine attributes her success to passion, education, and putting the welfare of her patients first. When not assisting patients, she enjoys cycling, swimming, cross country skiing, cooking, and caring for her dog.
