Leading Nurse Educator Cynthia K. Barnes, MSN to be Published in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare as New Member of the International Nurses Association

The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome Cynthia K. Barnes, MSN to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Cynthia is a nurse in the US Navy Reserves and working at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL. She has over 15 years of experience in nursing education, orthopedics and neuroscience.

Educated at Pensacola State College, where she obtained her associate’s degree, Cynthia completed a master’s degree at University of Phoenix. She holds additional certifications in Trauma Nursing and is a Basic Life Support Instructor. She is an active member of the Florida Nurses Association, American Nurses Association, and the Navy Nurse Corps Association.

Cynthia attributes her success to her first manager, who taught her how to be a nurse and a patient advocate. When not assisting patients or educating nursing students, she enjoys sports and spending time with her grandchildren.
