Jacqueline is a Nurse Unit Manager/Quality Risk Manager at Brisbane Waters Private Hospital in New South Wales, Australia. With over 35 years of experience, she specializes in Infection Control, Diabetes Education and Management, and Quality and Risk Management.

Jacqueline was educated at Newcastle University and is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Midwifery, and Diabetes Education. Also held are Certificate IV in Training and Assessments and Certificate IV In Front Line Management.
