Leading Nursing Educator Kay F. Jackson, RN, BSN, MSN, PhD to be Published in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare as New Member of the International Nurses Association

The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome Kay F. Jackson, RN, BSN, MSN, PhD to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Now retired, Kay worked for over 57 years, and her expertise was in psychology nursing, or treating patients with conditions like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and depression.

Educated at Burnham Hospital, where she received her RN certification, Kay received her bachelor’s degree from University of Illinois and her master’s and PhD from Governors State University. She was honored by inclusion among the Who’s Who in Nursing and is a member of the Alpha Eta Nursing Sorority and the Red Hat Society.

Kay attributes her success to growing up with a mother and grandmother who were healers, having a supportive husband, and her continual desire to help others. In her retirement, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her four children and eight grandchildren.
