With over 35 years of experience, Pamela is currently the Chief Nurse Executive in the St. Charles Health System in Bend, Oregon.

Pamela graduated in the first class of associate degree registered nurses at Blue Mountain Community College in Oregon. Pamela then obtained her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from Graceland University of Lamoni, Iowa. She is additionally certified as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, AONE, NAHQ, and the Northwest Organization of Nurse Executives.

Pamela attributes her success to networking with her peers, mentorship from great leaders, creating positive relationships, and staying true to herself. When not assisting her organization, she enjoys horses, gardening, and being outdoors.
