General Medicine Nurse Leonie Keen, EN represents the nursing community in Australia proud with her selection in the International Nurses Association. She has been in the field of nursing for over thirteen years, providing exceptional quality care to all her patients.

Nurse Leonie graduated from the Canberra Institute of Technology in 1999 with Certificate IV in Health (Nursing) and in 2005 graduated from The University of Canberra with a bachelor degree in Communications to make films. She is a registered Enrolled Nurse working in Surgery and Anaesthesia at the Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney. Leonie is also a professional member of NSW Nurses and Midwives Association.

She has also been the recipient of an award in 2013 receiving the Maureen Puhlmann Award for Film in Nursing from the NSW Nurses and Midwives Association. Leonie’s films include a 57 min documentary about a rural hospital, a drama about palliative care nursing and a short drama about nursing. She is about to commence production of another drama film about nursing.
