With an upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare, Eleanor Joan Reid-Edwards, RN, joins the prestigious ranks of the International Nurses Association. Eleanor is a registered nurse currently specializing in teaching pre and post-op ambulatory surgery at the Greenwich Hospital, in New York City. With over forty-five years of experience, Eleanor also has experience with lectures and public speaking engagements at Greenwich Hospital.

Educated at the University College Hospital, she earned her registered nursing certification and assists patients with whatever they might require. To stay current in her field, she maintains a professional membership in the American Society of PeriAnesthesia Nurses and finds inspiration in the pages of the American Journal of Nursing.

Eleanor attributes her success to her love of being a caregiver and drive to help people who need it. When she is not assisting patients, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, walking, reading, dancing, and entertaining friends and family members.
