New York City Nurse Jane E. Gabbidon, RN, BS, to Publish in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare as New Member of the International Nurses Association

The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome Jane E. Gabbidon, RN, BS, to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. With nearly twenty-years of experience in her field and 18.5 of those years in long term care, specifically nursing homes, she has worked in all areas of nursing with nine of those years as a Director of Nursing in five different nursing homes for Centers Health Care organization and currently as a Corporate Clinical Consultant for the same organization.

Jane was educated at Fordham University where she completed a bachelor’s degree in biology and Borough of Manhattan Community college where she completed an RN degree. She is a VIP member of the National Association of Professional Women.

As a experienced Director of Nursing, she has published a book “A Practical Guide to Qualitative Healthcare” that is a summarization and simplification of the state and federal regulations governing all long-term care industry in conjunction with tried, proven, evidence-based practices. This book is a must read for all long term care professionals as most healthcare regulations are not taught in nursing schools.

She attributes her success to God’s grace and the thought of bringing a smile to a patient’s face motivates her at the start of each day. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her friends and family members.
