The International Nurses Association Proudly Inducts Adeline Swami, RN to Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare

Adeline Swami, RN, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Lactation Educator, has been chosen by the International Nurses Association to represent California in the prestigious Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. This veteran nurse has been in the field for over twenty-one years and has been giving her patients the care and compassion that they need. Currently working as a full-time nursing instructor for LVNs, she teaches both theory as well as practical clinical nursing fundamentals and provides her students with the skills that they need to effectively work in the nursing staff at any facility.
Nurse Swami completed her AAN nursing degree in the year 1992 at Santa Monica College and then went on to get her bachelors from California State University, Fullerton in 2010, and is currently pursuing her masters. What began as a desire for a career that she could be proud of went on to take this devoted professional to explore and master the field of Lactation and infant care.
Possessing a BCLC – International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant certification, she has been trying to learn more about nutrition and wants to make people realize the importance of eating healthy. In the course of her career, she has received many laurels that include Student Advocate of the Year at Stanbridge College, Sonic Foundry National Finalist, Nurse of the Year/Baby Alumni Club, Employee of the Quarter at Saddleback Memorial, and many others.
