Pediatric Nurse from California, Sandra Ann Klassen, RN, BSN, Welcomed in Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare

The International Nurses Association and Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare proudly announce the addition of Sandra Ann Klassen, RN, BSN, as a valuable member of the nursing community of California. In her current role with Children’s Hospital of Central California, as well as throughout her entire career, Sandra has consistently demonstrated the abilities, compassion, and vision necessary to be mentioned among the Top Nurses in her field.

Inspired by her love for children Sandra works on the Pediatrics Post Surgical floor and on the Pediatric Cardiology unit at Children’s Hospital of Central California at their pediatric facility in Madera. With additional facilities in Merced and Modesto, the Hospital is a 356-bed, state-of-the-art, nonprofit children hospital. It is one of the largest hospitals of its type in the country and treats more inpatient cases than hospital north of San Diego. Although she has a few years of experience as a registered nurse, Sandra is considered an asset for the Children’s Hospital of Central California, as well as a competent, positive, dynamic, and compassionate nurse.

Sandra studied for her registered nursing degree and for her bachelor’s degree of nursing at the California State University at Fresno, California. She graduated in 2011 and additionally became certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and CPR.  Sandra is a member of the Society of Pediatric Nurses and enjoys reading the Green Journal for Nurses. Outside nursing practice, she enjoys playing tennis and running marathons. She attributes her success to her family support, her love for working with kids and her ability to communicate with them.
